Killer Whales Sue SeaWorld - How Progressivism will Finally Destroy the Bankrupt Corporation Called the United States?

You should all be resting easier now that the People for the Ethical Treatment Animals (PETA), not to be confused with the People for Eating Tasty Animals, has translated Killer Whale documents. These documents are demanding Killer Whales be released from slavery. And the “wild” Orcas (are there any other kind) have filed suit in a United States court to demand the same constitutional rights and freedom from slavery as all (well, most) humans have...but then again Muslims don't count because apparently Muslim women don't mind being treated as slaves.

Apparently 5 Killer Whales from SeaWorld are expressing their disgust with their illegal captivity and resulting unjust existence under the unfair human conditions of slavery. The whales have issued a Declaration of Independence apparently drafted on the basis of the American Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the 13^th Amendment.

Fortunately, for the first time in American history a United States judge has shown courage in standing valiantly against the degradation, torture and humiliation these majestic creatures endure. The judge is bravely risking life and limb by taking on this most hideous form of slavery and indignance forced upon these animals, to hear oral arguments on the merits of the claims made by these 5 defenseless Killer Whales.

For decades the Killer Whale's demands have been misinterpreted until apparently PETA discovered new technology to decipher whalese. Evidently the Killer Whales during their captivity have been raising their flipper out of the water, which was recently discovered by PETA to be a gesture like the one MIA made during the Super Bowl. Who knew Killer Whales were British Muslims?

Because of the lack of “digits” (fingers) to enable the big fish to form the human phallic symbol with the middle finger, which was first used by a Greek in the 4^th century BC to illustrate his displeasure with a colleague, humans have for centuries mistakenly thought this was a gesture of friendship from the cute harmless Orca – like a wave hello. But apparently it is Killer Whale sign language for "F-you I'm liv'in free and lov'in every minute of it."

PETA has now clearly demonstrated to a really, really smart judge, who may have attended Harvard like Obama (which makes him far smarter and wiser than the rest of American society), is willing to hear the legal argument that claims animals have the SAME constitutional rights as humans.

So to be perfectly clear, as Obama likes to say, an American judge, who is so over worked and burdened by frivolous lawsuits finds this case so disturbing and compelling that he is taking the time and using taxpayer money to hear a case brought by 5 “Killer Whales”. Who knew whales could express their wants, needs, and desires. I just thought they liked killing seals and sea otters.

This ladies and gentlemen is precisely the type of stupidity that will destroy any great nation. The fact that a judge is even “considering” the merits of the argument is one of the most ignorant ridiculous dim-witted stunts I have ever witnessed. It is no wonder that terrorists believe they can fly planes into American skyscrapers and American symbols of power and kill innocent Americans without fear of reprisal or long term threat.

It is no wonder that Egyptians, Iranians and Somali pirates can take Americans hostage at will. And it is no wonder that terrorists believe they can capture, torture, behead, hang and burn Americans without fear of severe consequence.

Things like this PETA lawsuit demanding the same "human" constitutional rights for "animals" simply casts America as a laughing stock throughout the world. And why would it not when in the Islamic world a woman can be shot in the back of the head for showing her bare leg.

When a society, such as the radical Muslims, treats humans with less dignity than they do animals, how could Americans expect to generate any sense of fear or respect in the hearts and minds of America's enemies, when there are American judges and U.S. courts making a mockery of the justice system and human life by relegating humans to the status of an animal?

Obviously this is one illustration of the depravity of a small segment of America that impacts everyone in American society. What is disturbing about the left wing progressive ideology that is pushing things like animal rights, Muslim rights and individual choice is their complete disregard of the rights of those disagreeing with their position.

For example, these progressive based ideologies held by organizations like PETA and Code Pink make audacious claims about animal “rights” or a woman’s right to choose. But yet if a woman is a Catholic and the Catholic Church does not believe in abortion the thought of rights and freedom of choice does not exist.

One of the problems is Americans have been conditioned to “accept” things predicated upon some childish misguided belief about modern life and progress. Thus giving animals rights is considered as evidence of modern progress of a civilized society. This irrational progressive ideology is taught in schools beginning at an early age. In fact it is more brainwashing than teaching because there is no evidence of proof that can support such a position. It is merely a point of view that is declared factual.

Though there is nothing factual about a claim that animals have rights, according to progressives there is nothing factual about the inalienable (God given) rights of freedom. The reason is because progressives believe government provides rights and not God. Therefore, if government can create the right the government can define the limits of the right and/or eliminate the right totally.

The fact is that such trivial pursuits, such as filing frivilous lawsuits giving human rights to animals expose the weakness of America to her enemies. Weakness emboldens enemies to pursue actions that they would never consider if there were a healthy viable fear of reprisal.

And you can see these issues arising around the world, such as in the case of 19 Americans being held and charged in Egypt, because of their alleged involvement in certain funding organizations.

We have an American President that is a Marxist who is assaulting American freedoms from all perspectives. From the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act, which legally declare the U.S.A. an official battlefield for terrorism, thereby enabling the U.S. military to arrest and detain indefinitely without charge an individual “suspected” of being associated with terrorism, to the assault on religious freedom with the Obama’s attack on religious rights.

The important fact here is how terrorism is defined. Defining what constitutes terrorism is critically important predicated on the fact that now you could be arrested for leaving a phone message that is interpreted or claimed to be terroristic in nature because the message makes the individual fearful. So under that definition could the military arrest and detain someone on terrorism charges. What if there is an email that “threatens” or “appears” or is “interpreted” as creating fear – would that justify arrest based on allegations of terrorism.

Many Americans will claim that such things could not happen in America. Well if that were true then I would suggest that 5 Killer Whales could never have sued for human rights. And if such a suit ever were to occur, then any American judge would not waste the people’s time and money on such absurdity. But that turns out not to be the case.

Therefore, if something as ridiculous as whales suing for the right to be free is possible in America then anything is possible. And it is this naïve apathy that Americans have in their belief that “it cannot happen in America” that will in the end destroy the United States of America.
